EB-5 is a United States Visa Program that provides a path to Citizenship for foreign applicant who Invest at least $1,000,000 or $500,000 in a high unemployment or rural area to fund to project in The United States.  GWBFLRC provides capital for a wide range of job creating, economic development Projects through New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An EB-5 Visa allows investor, his/her spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age, to live, Work or retire anywhere  within the United States.
